3. Ordering & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods according to these Terms.
Orders are accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods to you. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time of order and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. All transactions are processed securely via our chosen payment provider.
5. Goods and Description
We aim to accurately describe all garments and products, including images, sizing, and materials.
Due to the nature of personalised and manufactured goods, slight variations may occur.
Colour appearance may vary depending on screen settings.
6. Personalised and Made-to-Order Items
When ordering Personalised Goods, you confirm that all details (such as spelling, text, date, size, and formatting) have been entered correctly.
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the right to cancel and may not be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Please ensure all details are correct before ordering, as production will reflect your instructions exactly.
7. Delivery
Delivery times provided on the site are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by production schedules, personalisation, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you once the product is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
8. Cancellation and Returns
Ready-Made, Non-Personalised Items
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-personalised ready-made goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days in unused condition.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If any goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
9. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods (for cancellations) or confirmation of fault.
Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content, graphics, logos, and product designs, are owned by or licensed to Upper Stitch Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
