Can I choose which products families can order?

Yes. You can decide exactly which products are available to your families. Whether you'd like to offer hoodies only, or include sweatshirts, T-shirts and polos, we'll set up your online shop to suit your school's requirements. 

You get chance to check over the shop and make changes before you send the link out to families. 

How do the free hoodies work?

For every school leavers order, we include a number of complimentary hoodies based on the size of your order. These hoodies are for those students who are missing out on hoodies due to financial hardship. We will send you some single use 100% discount codes for the school to distribute. 

How are the orders delivered?

Once production is complete, all orders are packed individually and clearly labelled with each student's name. We deliver everything together to your school, making distribution quick and easy. This is free of charge and there is nothing to pay for delivery by either school or families.

Alternatively, if agreed in advance, we can discuss other delivery options.

What does the school need to do?

Very little! We aim to make the process as simple as possible.

We'll:

  • Create your artwork and send proofs for approval.
  • Set up your online ordering page.
  • Handle payments from families.
  • Answer any order queries.
  • Produce and pack every order.

All you need to do is approve the design, share the ordering link with families and remind them of the closing date.

What happens if families miss the ordering deadline?

We always recommend ordering before the deadline to avoid disappointment. However, there is always those children who don't want one until they see all of their friends wearing theirs! The school shop will remain open for 3 months following the deadline to allow familie to order for home delivery, the delivery is therefore chargable.

Is there a minimum order?

We can cater for schools of all sizes. Get in touch with your number of leavers cohort (we know not everyone will purchase!) and we'll recommend the most suitable option for your school.

Can students personalise their hoodie?

Yes! Students can add their own name to the back of their hoodie, or initials to the front. Making it a unique keepsake they'll treasure for years to come. 

However, this is an option that school can turn off. 

Can we include our school logo?

Absolutely. We now offer professionally embroidered school logos, completed in-house, giving your leavers clothing a premium finish. The embroidery charges on the price list are based upon a minimum cohort of 40. Printed logos are also available. 

Can we change the hoodie colours?

Yes. We offer a wide range of hoodie, sweatshirt, T-shirt and polo colours. Most of our designs can also be printed in different colours to complement your school's branding. We are also able to limit the colours available to purchase. Many schools allow students to wear their leavers hoodies for school so we can limit to school colours. 

How long does the process take?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during our busiest spring and summer periods. Your schools delivery date and order deadline will be added to our production schedule. Early set up will allow a smaller window until delivery. 

For a guideline, during the 2026 season secondary schools had an average of a 3 week turnaround and primary schools had a 2 week. 

Do you supply schools outside Shropshire?

Yes. Although we're based in Albrighton, Shropshire, we supply personalised school leavers clothing to schools across the UK.

Who do families contact if they have a question?

Families can contact us directly with any questions about sizing, orders or deliveries, meaning your staff don't have to deal with individual enquiries.

Why do schools choose you?

Our founder, Charlie, used to work in education and so we know teachers and school staff already have enough to organise. We also now how difficult it can be for some students who cannot afford to take part in leavers traditions such as hoodies. 

That's why we handle everything we can—from artwork and online ordering to payments, production and packing. Our goal is to make ordering your school leavers clothing as simple and stress-free as possible, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.
