🗓 How Your School Leavers Shop Works
Step 1 — We Set Up Your Shop
We gather a few simple details:
- Schoolname
- Required delivery date
- Estimated cohort size
- School logo
We then create a private online shop for your school.
Step 2 — Families Place Their Orders
The school shares the shop link with families.
Parents can:
- Choose products, sizes and colours
- Add optional personalisation
- Enter the student’s name for distribution
- Pay securely online
Orders go directly to us, meaning the school does not need to collect payments or manage forms.
Step 3 — Order Deadline
We schedule a shop cut-off date, usually 2–3 weeks before the delivery date, to allow time for printing and production.
Families place their orders before this deadline for free school delivery.
Step 4 — Production & Packing
Once the shop closes we:
- Print all garments and products
- Pack orders individually by student name
- Prepare a single organised delivery for the school
Step 5 — Delivery to School
Orders are delivered to school ready for easy distribution to students.
No sorting or packing required.
Step 6 — Late Orders Still Available
After the school deadline the shop remains open for late orders with home delivery (shipping charges may apply).

Shortly after the order deadline we will contact the school to confirm how many hoodies can be provided free of charge for students whose families may be experiencing financial hardship.
